restroom needs remodeling, fixtures i.e., sink, soap dispenser, toilet, paint are outdated and soap dispenser is off the wall. Landscaping in need of repair, replacement.

I was very satisfied, except at my age and living on a fixed income, I would like to see gas prices some lower or maybe a Senior discount would help some!
