Once again disappointed that employees do not have what I consider a valid explanation as to how Murphy can gat away with violation of Alabamans cash credit same price law.

Purchased Grizzly tobacco. 5 cans. The transaction did not ring up the discount as advertised. Cashier told me, "Welp. I dunno what to tell ya. Nobody else said it wasn't working." Unprofessional, and not the first time there's been an issue with tobacco items ringing up the correct price, yet failing to take off the 3 or 5 can discount. Cashier was little to no help. Had no clue why it was happening, not how to give myself and other customers the correct ADVERTISED price.

Have been out of my brand of cigarettes (don't have a full carton) for 3 weeks in a row.

Pump I used was out of ink for receipt and had to visit cashier to obtain receipt. Happens too often. Also as I was getting back into car, noticed the cashier had stepped outside booth, not more than 15ft from a gas pump, to smoke a cigarette. Not something that gives you a warm, fuzzy feeling about safety.

You don't have adequate parking, it's too much for one person to handle alone. You're company is disgusting but you have the best prices, that why I shop there. Your half assed approach to retail always puts me in a bad mood.

Pumps not working - out of fuel in 2 grades of gasoline. Service lane blocked off. I have never esperienced this many problems as this location before.

Needed both diesel and gas. There is only two pumps at this location that has both. Credit card reader was broken at one and the other had a line. When I started using it I received a message that I would need to pay the attendant. When I went to the attendant to pay, they had no idea why I got the message, they turned the pump on but kept my credit card. I had to go back and wait in line again to get my card back.

They were out of my cigarettes.
