I paid for a deluxe car wash and the wash bay was filthy, no soap came out at all, car was worse when i got done than when i started. I asked attendant to look at my car so i could be reimbursed or another wash through. She told me they don't do that kin of stuff here and it's wash at your own risk.

Purchased 3 packs of Marlboro Special Blend that were advertised for $5.20 per pack. When Sheila rang up the purchase, I was charged $15.90 for three. I believe this is false advertisement. Sincerely, Mick Shane.

I used the car wash today. I got a premium wash. The air blower one the left side wasn't working so only 1 side of my car was dried, leaving spots all over the left side of my car.

The car wash did not get my car clean. Rocker panell not clean, tons of bugs still on the front of my car.

The price sign at the entrance was showing 2.09 and the actual price was 2.19 when I approached the attendant about this problem she rudely stated she does not change the signs and that the sign at the opposite end of the diesel pumps showed the right price I feel this was false advertising because all the signs should display the correct price she then turned and walked off

We only put in 12.00 worth of gas and you took out 75.00 this is very much a problem since this was not the only purchase I wanted to make. But since you took 75.00 I was unable to continue my shopping. This was made on a Saturday and the money is still not returned to my account. We will never purchase gas from your store again. This is a continued problem that should never happen for 12.00 gas. My family has already stopped shopping there.

Had to go to a third pump to find one that would operate. Non- were marked as not working. When I told the attendant she didn't care. She just said it was the weather and couldn't do anything about it. I suggested putting an out of order on those pump and she said it was not her job/responsibility??????? If not hers whose was it. She didn't say whose it was or who to pass it on to.!!!
