Previous attendant gave me the wrong type of cigarettes (carton). Did not realize it until I got all the way home and opened one pack. Once I realized it was the wrong size, I went back to exchange the remaining packs. I was told that there was no way that could happen. I explained the cashiers in the past have made this mistake and corrected it. However, Wanda at store #6960 does not believe in correcting mistakes and told me "that can't happen. Cashiers in the past explained that it is not a problem because the packs will be sold anyway. No big deal. This cashier was very rude and dismissive. My family have been customers since moving to Georgia in 2005. We will no longer frequent your stores. I purchased another (correct) carton but that will be the last purchase of anything, including gas, that we make at Murphy USA. Thank yor cashier, Wanda L for the loss of 12 customers and their friends. We will spread the word that Murphy USA does not give respect or care for customers anymore.

Kristen D. was the cashier and she left the store unattended for awhile, because she wasn't inside the store. I waited several minutes, and I walked to the other side of the gas station. She was running her mouth with someone, and changing the bags. She never apologized for my long wait. After she saw that I was waiting to pay for my gas. She acted like she didn't know how to open the door, it took her forever to unlock the door to get my 20.00. I told her 20.00 on pump four and she acted like she didn't comprehend what I was talking about. Therefore I had to repeat myself a second time about how much gas I wanted. I was very disappointed with the service today. I go this gas station and buy my groceries from there all the time. I had a trunk full of grocery in my trunk, therefore I didn't have time to deal with her lack of professionalism. I would really appreciate if someone would address this with Kristen D. Thanks
