Why do I have to be highly satisfied buying gas?

No real reason. Everything went well and I had no ill experience.

The card reader on the pump was not working correctly therefore I had to go inside and have the pump preauthorized using the card that should have worked properly in the pump. I have used this card in this same pump before and had no issues but it malfunctions from time to time, you never know.

There was a gas spill that had been soaked up with oil dry that I had to stand in to pump my gas.
