I'm hard to please

I was satisfied but there was fuel on the ground around a few of the pumps.

Nice place

only cause I just go to get gas and leave other then that there is no issues.

Just too cold now to do much of anything .

It isn't that I was not satisfied, I just doubt that I would mention my experience of getting fuel unless I had been unsatisfied. Went smoothly, didn't have to wait , took card with no problem so guess you could rate experience highly satisfied...no complaints and will return.

I was able to obtain my fuel okay. It was a satisfactory event. For me, highly satisfied would be if the fuel was pumped for me and an inquiry made of me as to whether I wanted my window shield washed, various fluids checked, etc. In today's environment, these 'ole' features are labor intensive (costly) and perhaps even dangerous (our society is quite different today); nevertheless, it is still a service. Requesting a customer to be highly satisfied is unreasonable unless the fuel is free every tenth or so visit (without the 'ole' service feature). The amount of free fuel could be based on an average of the previous ten visits or the ability to produce receipts or something along these lines. This feature would certainly increase your potential for market share even at the higher prices. Thank you for taking time to inquire about my experience. BJRandle
