When I went up to the window to purchase my cigarettes, there was no attendant available. Had to wait more than 5 minutes before her return.

I had issues with the pump working properly. There was also gas on the ground around the pump so I got gas all over the bottom of my shoes.

When I slide in my credit card into the slot reader, the screen blanked out for a whole minute until it automatically canceled the transaction. This was a stressful experience and I had to go to another pump.

Screens on three or more of the pumps were not working. So would have had to go pay in advance. Lines are always terrible at the window. So I waited on the pumps that could use the credit card. No paper towels in on of the window cleaning units outside. General cleanliness outside was fair to poor. This Murphy is always busy, but no excuse for all the problems. I will find another place to get gas.

Pump screen was hardly readable. it shouldn't be difficult to make a transaction. Poor maintenance.

The info on the screen was flashing on and off. When I went to ask the clerk for assistance she told me there had been a post-it note on the screen that it was out of order. She said it must have blown away or someone removed it. She said I could still use the pump and she would activate it. It was an inconvenience to keep attempting to use the pump only to find out an "out of order" sign had been removed. There were people waiting behind me in line so I felt more rushed...

card reader would not let attendant input code so that i could get my additional 10 cents off per gallon.

The pump display malfunctioned, displaying what appeared to be computer code when it should have been offering me fuel additive (not that I want to be offered fuel additive, simply that the apparent malfunction was disconcerting). I went to the attendant, who clarified that I had not been charged for unwanted fuel additive. That was satisfactory; I understand that machines malfunction from time to time and this is the first time I've experienced such a problem.

Because first pump super unleaded only worked got.7 cents worth you put a 50.00 dollar hold on my card 2nd pump got reg unleaded 24.50 total and you put a 2nd hold of 50.00 dollar hold on my card yoy have never done this before the pump did not ask me if I was paying by credit or debit it just said approved I only owe you$24.57 put my $ back in my account this is outrageous that your company would do this your pumps are not working properly the customer should not have to suffer for that. I want my money released back to my account minus the $24.57 that paid for fix your pumps. I get gas from Walmart often and this has never happened before why now this is not a joke I work hard for my dollars. I need a phone number to call asap

Murpay didnt work, i have called and no one knows why murpay is getting denied. Love the service just wish it worked, i cant plan trips without murpay working and its highly unconvenient if i plan on murpay then get stranded somewhere. Please contact to fix this so i can use murpay. Thanks
