Pumps were inoperable. Attempted to get assistance from the attendant but she was extremely rude and refuse to provide any assistance. Simply stated "I'm closed". If that's the case; store policy should state NOT to turn on the pumps. When I inquired about the status of the pump given that the kiosk was closed; she rudely responded "they should".....

Pump cut-off sensor was malfunctioning. It cut off fuel approximately 20 times during fill up - at all three speed settings. I had completed fill up and had already paid at the pump, but thought I should bring the malfunction to the clerk's attention. She seemed completely uninterested to the point of rudeness, telling me, "It's been working all day." I pointed out to her that it wasn't working properly for me, that I wasn't asking for any discount or favor, and was trying to do the company she worked for a favor. She replied, "Yeah. Yeah," turned her back on me and re-entered her kiosk. Perhaps she could use a little more training.

Attendant was on phone ,no eye contact, no greeting ,rude, like he was bothered while he was on his cell phone.

This was my fourth try in the past 4 weeks to try and get gas at "Murphy USA # 6968" using a Walmart Gas Card. I used my card, which was new as of two weeks ago, to get gas and each time when I inserted the gas card I got the message to reinsert my card after several times it said something about an internet connection error. I was able to get the attendant to help and he got the same results on the pump #11 that my car was at. He then tried the card in pump #12 and got the same results. I was told that I could come to the window each time and tell how much I wanted deducted from the card because he could read the card there. There was a long line that had formed while he was assisting me, therefore, I went to the Walmart Service Center and had them reload my card to a new gas card. I returned to pump #7 and tried with the new card but the screen was unreadable 9:50am. I then moved to pump #8 and l was finally able to get my gas, but the pump failed to print my receipt even-though it printed "Print Paper = OK". I then had to get the attendant print one for me. Could you Please get these problems fixed? Thank you.

because every time I go the receipt doesn't print cause there's no paper in there. I need my credit card receipt as proof of what the total spent on gas was. why is this always a problem????

The pump was very slow to pump the fuel, the window washer fluid smelled so bad I didn't use it and there wasn't any paper towels.
