This location needs to clean the area up and ensure there are paper towels in the dispensers located by the pumps. I needed some and there were none. I am a disabled vet and I had to walk over to another pump a ways off to grab some.

Panhandlers were all around; and they were very threatening in their speech.

There are always panhandlers in the parking lot when i come to get gas. I like to come to murphy because usually its the cheapest gas in the area but i feel so uncomfortable with people asking to clean my headlights and asking for money every single time i come. It seemed like the workers had taken care of the problem at one time but there seems to be new people working there now that dont care whats going on outside. I wont be back until this problem is taken care of. I know i am only one person but ive had enough. Its worth paying a few cents more for gas for a more peaceful experience at another gas station. Im sorry to leave a bad note because i dont want to get anyone in trouble but its just bad customer service allowing these street people to harass customers.

Could not read the instructions on the screen; because it was too light. I have had this similar problem, before.

I have been told by numerous attendants that I could use multiple coupons when purchasing a carton of cigarettes. Today she would only accept one which I declined to use. I have used multiple coupons in the past and was told every time that this was alright to do.

The area is too small for vehicle traffic to maneuver around to the gas pumps. One has to avoid collisions, in order to keep frhom having to make accident reportsn; and deazll with the other driver.

We saw the signage that showed the price as $2.35. At the pump it was $2.49 and a discount of 3 cents. We showed the attendant and he did nothing except to tell us he'll change the sign. We wanted the advertised price and it should have been given to us.

I had a Wal-Mart gift card I had received for my birthday. I was running out of gas and pulled in to the nearest Wal-Mart to get fuel as I only had the gift card. I first tried to use the gift card at the pump. When the card was not able to be read I went to the attendant. Upon walking up to the window I told her of the problem and she looked at me with a blank stare and said: "ok." We then looked at eachother in awkward silence. I said it again and received the same reply. Having not been offered any solution to my problem I went inside to the Wal-Mart and discussed it with the manager. He informed me that because of some policy Wal-Mart had regarding the distance of the pump to the store he had only a limited amount of authority over the attendant but that my problem was likely simply a demagnitized gift card and replaced it. I returned and was glad that the new card worked at the pump. I guess Shanel, the attendant, could not understand what my problem was or just didn't feel like offering a solution or was limited to one syllable sentences. For all I know it could have been a mannequin. It would have been as helpful.
