The attendant was missing for quite a few minutes. I finally looked around the corner, and saw her walking back. I asked her for 4 cartons of Pyramid Menthol Gold 100's. She put down 3 cartons of Pyramid Menthol Gold Kings. She went in the back to find the 4th carton. I then noticed they were Kings, and told her when she came back. All she said was "OK". She checked the front and the back, and there was only 1 carton. That was actually fine - I understand about how cigarette deliveries and stock works. But then I asked for 4 packs of Pyramid Blue Shorts. She brought back Pyramid Blue 100's. I explained that I asked for 100's, and she said "OK". She took the packs back, and actually had to look hard for the shorts. It was just weird - I assume all the Pyramid Blues are right next to each other. She said there were only 2 packs. It didn't seem to occur to her to check for a carton and break it open. By that time, I was so frustrated that I said "That's fine", paid and left. I assume she must be new, but there was no apology for the mistakes, and obviously she wasn't paying attention. Honestly, it was just a bizarre experience, one I've never had at Murphy's.

You had just started not showing the Walmart card discount on the pump and receipt. I had tried 3 pumps before I talked to the attendant. I waited for my bill and can not tell the the discount was actually on the bill. The clerk told me they had not known of the change until the previous Friday. I am very unhappy with the new billing process, however I may continue to use your station as I have no other gas credit card and seldom carry cash. PLEASE go back to the old way.

I used my credit card. Sun was shining at pump so I had a hard time reading what it said. It looked like it was saying something about aditives. I didn,t want any and dint push any buttons. then screan changed it . I can't remember exactly what it said but it indicated it was time to pump gas. I started pumping gas. I heard pump say something about having selected an additive. I thought it was the pump the other person was using because I never pushed any butons for aditives. when I got my reciet it said I bought $13.35 in gas $14.99 for so oz of FSS and $1.27 tax. Store looked open for business. Lights all on and everything working. Payed at the pump to fill up with gas and as soon as I began to pump the pump slowly quit. I pushed a few selection buttons and pressed help on the keypad when the attendant came and said they were closed . why was I able to begin my purchase if the pumps were closed? And since I was allowed to begin why was I suddenly stopped while pumping??? This is totally aggregating and I am upset that the pump appeared to be open and interacted and accepted my payment and then shut down??? My receipt shows 00:39 as the time and by appearances I thought store must be open until 1:00. If the store had been closed for so long why on earth was everything still looking lit up and open? Shouldn't a few lights and pumps be turned off at closing time so people would know??

purchased gas on pump at 2126 per time stamp....at 2127 after pump not working she stated i didnt pump fast enough...and would refund to my card and redo transation....instead it charged it again! i questioned her and she stated it took up to 15 mins. and wanted to charge it again...i got my gas elsewhere! Card machines were down. Had very little cash.

I think it could be a little more tidy. It always seems to be congested when paying at the register.
