I felt unsafe, threatened, and unnerved about various attitudes of other customers. Car door left open making it necessary to thread my way carefully to the pump - inattention to safety by others. Negative people of ethnic propensity not previously at this location. Area has gone down hill. I will not ever go there again, unless the price is too low to resist, I am out of gas, or there is no other choice. I use to enjoy, feel safe, and look forward to gassing at this location, not any more. There was more than gas going on here...

I buy 3 $200.00 gift cards to buy fuel from Walmart. Drive over to the fuel plump to put diesel or gas in and the card reader does read the card and does not work. The card is only 30 minutes old, the card reader on the plump de-magtises the card and have to have to charged inside the station. So, now what happens, you DO NOT get the fuel discount becasue you did not us the card to pay for fuel. The next day I got a NEW card and it did the same. The people at the fuel station said it was not thier problem,,it was Walmarts problem and take the problem up with them

The employee put my gas of 10 dollars on the wrong pump I there went to another's pump to pump 10.04 on credit on my card I told her ms.jennfier m. That was working she told me since I did not use the gas it should go right back to my card it did not go back to my card there I called my bank and I called the Murphy manger Ruth who told me I was in the wrong the my card is a gift card that its my fault . no I told her pump 10 she put it on pump 2 where some else took my gas I went to pump 11 and pumped 10.04 I will be calling headquaters shortly if not attended.

The receipt printer and speakers continue to not work - for over a year. Speakers have never worked - reported by cashier. How can handicap people get help if the speakers have never been installed/connected/activated? Printer has been out at least a month - cashiers report due to lightning strike and that the parts are too expensive to replace. I've filled out this survey several times before requesting that I be contacted by a manager about both of these issues. That has never happened and the problems are never fixed. I will no longer get my gas at Murphy. I would rather pay a few cents more and go a few miles out of the way to Racetrac - where they seem to actually care about their customers. Speaker and printers actually work and if by chance the receipt doesn't print, they give the customer a free beverage for their time and trouble. Murphy, on the other hand, doesn't address or fix the problems and doesn't care enough about customers to ensure quality service and to respond to concerns.
