I travel a quite a bit-day trips mostly, on business and buy the majority of my fuel at murphyusa locations. it is a common problem for the receipt printer not to work, although not as bad now as it once was. Because i have bad knees, i especially don't like to walk to the clerk to get a receipt, and this happened today. i told the clerk that i would like a receipt, and that the printer might be out of paper, and that some of us, because of physical problems, did not like to have to walk to get a receipt. he obviously became angry; he torn off the receipt and handed it to me with a scowl on his face and said, ''it doesn't say that the printer is out of paper''. He didn't say ''sorry for the trouble'','' we'll see to it, thanks for your business''-just glared at me with an attitude.

The gas pumps were turned off so I couldn't make a purchase.

I expect attendants to focus on customers not chatting with the attendant that should be leaving cause his shift was over, playing on their smartphone, or otherwise just call people up to chat on YOUR COMPANY PHONE.
