The visual read outs on the pump......number of gallons, dollar amounts.......very dark....unable to read.

I go to Murphy for gas because they are generally less expensive. I do not like the pump handles. They have removed the handle stopper that keeps it up and keeps gas pumping. It is very aggravating!

Around the pumps were very nasty. Had spilled fuel, fruit peals, paper, etc. Stepped in fuel when I got out of my vehicle. Very nasty. The whole area needs a cleaning (pressure washer).

The posted prices for fuel are based upon the consumer using the Walmart credit or gift card.

My husband bought me the wrong brand of cigarettes which I didn't notice until he got home. We do not live close. I knew we would be back in the area two days later so I brought the receipt to EVEN EXCHANGE for the carton I needed. I was told it had to be done "same day" and that was that. I was told "rules are rules" and the manager had an attitude with me. I have been using the location for gas and cigarettes for eight years and have never had an issue until this. I have also returned cartons of cigarettes in the past and this has never been a problem. I am debating if I will ever use this location again. I am extremely unhappy.
