While still fueling my vehicle, the attendant shut off all power to the fuel pumps. They also turned off all exterior lighting leaving me standing there in the dark trying to return the nozzle and get a receipt.

Management has allowed the displays and buttons on the pumps to deteriorate such that they are very difficult to read. One pump had tape over credit card reader and I had to move to another pump. The most used selection buttons are visually worn out. This poor equipment condition has existed for months. Begs the question: Does Murphy USA have a quality management program?
