I got a Wal-Mart credit card so I could get benefit of the 5 cents off per gallon. Now you have changed it to a 2% rebate which is less than the 5 cents per gallon. Your signs make it sound like this is a big savings and actually you have cheated me of the full 5 cents per gallon I have been receiving.
