I've never been "highly" satisfied pumping gas.

The primary reason is that when paying at the pump with a card, the pumps sometimes cut off the paper receipts so they don't display all of the transaction information. The secondary reason is that there is often a wait to use pumps. Adding a pump would be helpful if that can be done without raising the cost of fuel due to additional capex and O&M costs.

I was not highly satisfied because the gas pump did not engage for almost a full 2 minutes. I didn't understand why that would happen it never happens at any of the other Murphy stations that I go to. I'm out in st. Lucie West quite often and this location is the closest to one of my family members. I usually go to the Murphy closest to work which is in Fort Pierce. That location is not the the cleanest but then again I go there to get gas and it is in the geographic location to wear a lot of litter can be blown around in the parking lot. I'm sure it is no fault of the attendance I'm just mentioning it. I took advantage are being offered this survey because at this time I really really really could use gas money in these hard times thank you for your time in reading this

mostly satisfied. always very crowded. had to drive around twice to get into a space on correct side for fueling. no fault of store.

2 pumps not working.
