The attendant was texting on his phone for several mts with his back to the window - I knocked but he didn't turn around or acknowledged me until he felt like it

Service was good under the current weather conditions - in Texas - the weather is so crazy at times-it was pouring rain & cold! A 3 rig trucker was talking up more than a half of the service areas. But the attendant was friendly & effective w/the customer.
