The value of the product as well as the lot layout for entry/exit, though not very enthused of the signs stating audio as well as visual surveillance is in use, value my privacy but if this audio surveillance is only at the attendant window, then agreeable..

The station does not have an easy way to get back to the main street which is Jefferson Ave. in Cookeville, Tn 38501. Just an opinion, However I do believe that if there were an eaiser way to get back to Jefferson Ave. without such difficulty, Your station would have a dramatic direct affect on your customers! In effect having a great increasing your customer base!!!! Not only your local customer base, but the Interstate traffic, people are in a hurry theses days and they want to get in and get out!!! If the Interstate uses your station, Do you realize that most dont stop!!! Because to get in do there business it takes at the minimum of 35 mins!!!! An easement to Jefferson Ave. Would be a great expansion project that would pay for its self in no time!!!!!!JWH
