Pump number three is broken it took my $20 didn't give me no more than about 2 to 3 gallons i complaint to the employee he gave me a one 800 number To call not give me a refund but took out this number no one is calling me back I have now filed a complaint with the state of Texas of gas stealing from customers .

Attendant was very unprofessional, rude,and unhelpful. Products are often unavailable for purchase and attendants DO NOT CARE.

The attendent Ms. Kimberly Ann was very rude. When I stepped up to the window I explained that I had forgot the number at the pump I was at because I ended up letting a guy that was getting something to drink go ahead of me. She it slipped my mind.not wanting to lose my place in line I told her that the pump was the one on the other said of yellow bus and instead of letting me know what pump that was she rudely said 6,5,4,or 3. I was confused for a second and she rudely said I need to know the number. Worst customer service ever. Should hire with better attitudes and customer service. Was not once acknowledge or thanked either.

If you are going to offer pay at the pump, have equipment that works. I tried 2 different dispensers and had the same negative result. I went to a Citgo a short distance away and had no problem with the pay at the pump using the same credit card. My truck took 35 gallons of fuel. Nice missed sale for murphy.

Attendant was highly rude, terrible costumer service, didn't greet me, her tone of voice was very careless. However I will go back because the gas price is affordable. But you all need to work on improving costumer service. Please hire people who truly want to work and are polite.

Very small and crammy
