THE PUMP WOULD NOT READ MY CAR AND HAD TO PAY AT WINDOW. NOT CONVENIENT WHEN YOU HAVE CHILDREN IN THE CAR WITH YOU.

I was trying to redeem my drink rewards from Survey Mini but they were not being accepted at the register.

The lady was so rude and not helpful at all. I was shocked by her attitude to me and the others in line ahead of me!!

I also shop at a gas station where I can us the restroom, but here it was locked and at first would not let me in, because it was full of cigarettes They finally let me in, but after a lot of words. What happened to the $1.99 gas additive? Now the cheapest is $2.99, thats to much, please bring back the $1.99, it's advertised on the pump.

I have been coming to this Murphy location for over 10 years and have always been happy with the price of gas and the cigarette promotions/prices. In the last year, the cashier who served me today has gotten more and more unfriendly, almost belligerent in her dealings with the public. It's not just me, it's pretty much everyone who comes to the window. I do not plan on coming to this Murphy location anymore because of her. I could tell you several different events that happened in the recent past in my dealings with her, but there's not enough space to relate these stories. This person should not be dealing with the public. She is obviously unhappy, is very unfriendly and impatient with customers.

Cashier, Demetria Shant.was unapproachable, non verbal , non chalant., and very unfriendly......I was not greeted nor thanked for my service when visited this location twice on the same day while making 2 separate purchases for both gas and then lottery tickets. Also while waiting at the cashier window to be serviced, the cashier actually made an employees purchase of potato chips and other snacks as I was waiting at the front window of the cashier but she did not acknowledge me but rather ring up her own personal purchase before taking care of a paying customer (myself). I pulled up to fuel and lanes were full except two, The lane next to office was blocked due to emptied boxes from stocking that were being blown away do the light winds. The next lane was be blocked by the attendant working..She also came outside and I explained about the boxes being blown around and Also I could use some paper towels to clean my windshield, She said We were out and next shift would provide them, She did this while talking on Her Cell phone and Smoking a Cigarette two feet from Her office door. I have came to the store occasionally to see if it has gotten any better but it hasn't. This store is always dirty, I have stopped getting gas from here because of how dirty the pumps are. The employees are not any better especially the blonde one who I think is the manager she is very rude and unprofessional. I have never seen her in a good mood, I feel if she is so unhappy she should change jobs. She is always talking gossip about someone which is very unprofessional to do at your work. This was the last straw I wont be back.
