i think satisfied is just enough

I gave positive evaluations and I don't understand why they indicate I was not highly satisfied with my experience.

It is cold. But, your pump takes forever to go through all the screen prompts. Just take my card and ask me if I want a receipt. lately, it is rare that the pump gives a receipt. I get disgusted when I have to wait forever to pump my gas and then the pump does not give a receipt. Today I won the prize of getting a receipt.

Pump not working at all. Had to go to a different pump.

I always have to wait for a pump. We have to play ring around the station to find a pump that is working.

Trash was overflowing and someone had spilled something very sticky in front of the pump. Many times this location has pumps blocked by cones so they can fill the coke coolers. Also, parking is not good. If people are not getting gas, many times they block the pumps so you cannot get in or out.

I was neither satisfied or dissatisfied because the pumps finally worked okay but there was too much noise from the pump TV

The attendant was not friendly in any way. She didn't say hello. Didn't say thank you.

I was appalled to see that you are tying fuel discounts with cigarette purchases. Save when you buy three packs of Pyramid cigarettes. I like discounts. But I don't like when stores not only sell cigarettes tie special discounts to smoking. CVS stopped selling all tobacco. I wish you would but I don't expect you to do it. I do think that it is WRONG for a store to provide discounts on the main product with the purchase of cigarettes. I will not say that I won't purchase from you in the future. I will say that I will reduce my purchases from you until I see that discounts are tied to things other than tobacco.

Lines too long. Televisions too loud. There is enough noise coming from highway and other cars blaring music. Why do I need some tv screaming too?
