Too much blasted noise. You have GasTV blaring from all directions. This coupled with the regular road noise and it is just too much. The key pad at the pump is worn out. You have to really push hard to make it work. When it does finally enter the number you punch it enters it several times.

I tried to us a gift debit card but it would not accept it. I had to go to the clerk to pay which delayed our departure

Outside needs a thorough cleaning. Staff should not be allowed to park vehicles up front and impair traffic mobility near and around pumps. So much advertising on windows, store looks tacky. Have to use this facility since it is close to home, but just getting dirtier and dirtier. Never any water or spongees for windshield cleaning. If so, water is filthy.

The outside of the station is not need--it looks dirty and there is no way I would even open the door to the restroom because of the outside appearance.

The receipt did not print for the gas. I have better things to do than to have to go to the kiosk and get a receipt. I went to two different Murphy USA locations today and both had crappy pumps that did not print a receipt. I had to wait in line at both. The soft drinks were not cold when I bought them either.

Restroom (only one for male n females) is disgusting! NEEDS updating. No amount of cleaning can fix this! Buckey's right across street with nice, clean male and female restrooms. You need to at least put new fixtures, paint and new floors that can actually be cleaned.

While i was holding the pump and fueling my truck, gas pump didnt stop when my tank was nearly full. So gas can pouring out of my truck all over my truxk and myself. I reported the issuse and the cashier said "Oh Ok" and turned her back to tell an associate to put water ob the spilled gas. My money was wasted on a defaulted pump.

Cashier was very rude and acted like I was a bother
