They got my tickets right and there was no wait but I paid separately for the tickets then the gas. I wasn't thanked to come back but that was because it looked like training was being done.

When I walked in I was greeted & asked what I could of been helped with. Then offered other products that I actually ended up purchasing. It was a great experience compared to other gas station services. Thank you
