I purchased a soda on a Sunday morning and the soda was not cold because the display case had problems and the technician was not going to be called until Monday. The soda I got was was slightly cool and not cold. I was also looking for another product that you did not have and ended up having to buy something else instead of making another stop. The amount of selections in the small space was poor.

Just got gas there

I said I WAS satisfied. That means there wasn't a problem. I am seldom HIGHLY satisfied by things. Being satisfied, though, is good. Lines were long, but that was okay. The price was low, so that explained the longer lines. The low price was the main reason we stopped, anyway.

The service was what I expect. The attendant was nice, friendly and courteous. that is what I expect when I visit any establishment. If I needed extra help in fueling and the attendant came out to help , I would consider that above and beyond and it would rate a highly satisfactory experience.

Everything was as I expected it to be.

I was satisfied which is a good rating. Highly satisfied would be exceptional.

It was difficult to read the info at the pump' Sun was shining washing out screen. This is an annoying problem which I've experienced at other Murphy stations

Windshield fluid tank was empty. Unable to clean windshield.
