You were out of my brand of Cigarettes, instead of telling me, the cashier just rang up a different brand. I did not realize it was a different brand but asked when the price had gone up so much. The answer I got was a mumbled I don't know. Then, went to get my ice and the box was locked. Went back to the cashier. While waiting in line again, I saw a sign that my brand of Cigarettes had not gone up. When I finally got back there, I told her that I was charged and given the wrong ones, she just took them back and put them up while the other girl got rude and said "I told you we were out and you said you wanted them", I stated she did not and she continued to argue. So I just said give them back and someone needs to unlock the ice. No I'm sorry, no thank you, nothing. All they wanted to do was sit and chitchat. I have never received this kind of service at this location before. I buy the same thing every week. Am considering looking for some where else to make my purchases. I am in customer service and would never treat my customers this way.

I didn't understand the the price for the additive of $14.99 that was added to my bill.The attendant did not act as if she was concerned and did not offer to fully explain,she was on the phone and when I asked how could I get a refund she was not friendly at all which left me upset because @ this point I realized I couldn't get a refund because the additive was already in the gas tank.There should be a large sign reading ; there has been a change so the elderly like me can read it and understand before pumping the gas.I pumped the wrong button because I didn't understand the meaning,when I saw my ticket for the amount of $42.19,and I knew I had only pumped $25.70
