I dislike it asks if I want a receipt first, when pushing next prompt it is slow to respond, and when waiting for a receipt to print it is slow.

might have to wait and there might be people coming from both directions for same pumps, maybe need to have lanes all go in one direction

When I pulled up to the gas pump, I could not get the key board to work so that I could enter my PIN number. I tried several times, but it would not worked. I looked for an employee, but it appeared that the one employee that I saw was busy waiting on customers inside the store. I pulled up to another pump and got my gas.

While inside the store. There's no room to stand. You feel crowded. You have no personal space.
