Charge 11 cents more a gallon than sign showed . It was posted 215 a gallon on diesel and was charg d 226.9 this has happened before . Very unhappy with the service st this location which is 2455 treasury drive Cleveland tn

I went to tellmurphyusa.com and did the survey but it did not give me a rollback code. Could not do anything about it at the station even tbough we filled up our other vehicle.

This is a fuel and restroom stop on our drive between Atlanta and KNOXVILLE When I stopped 3 days ago, the soap dispenser was almost empty. Today the soap dispenser bag had been removed, but not replaced. The restroom has been remodeled recently which was much needed. However, the maintenance and cleaning of the restroom continues to be an ongoing problem as it has been for a longtime.

Due to this company putting a hold of $100.00 on my card and no notification of this to be done,for $20.50 worth of gas and will take 4 days to but the Ballance on my card. I have used my card at other gas pumps and never had a hold put on my card. I will not be using Murphy pumps again. This just put a bad taste in my mouth about using this company. Need to for warn your customers better so that they know what will happen if cards at the pumps are used. I use Walmart atot,but now I am rethinking even going back there just because of this experience!

The price at the south Cleveland, TN location is always higher than the price at the North location. Tonight, it is 14 cents higher than the north. This is upsetting that I cannot count on Murphy to be fair across the town from one end to the other. I am going to inquire when the south Cleveland, TN might have a Speedway or Raceway to fill the gap for "best price" gas!

The cashier was very rude!!..I askedva question and I get an attitude,and she told me to hurry up,there was no other person behind me to be waited on...whsn I go back and if I see this Skyler N working I will walk away..I am a very loyal customer,i have been for 5 years..i visit at least 3x a week and I'm not happy how I get treated!!;

Manager was being very rude to the woman in front of me. There was no reason for it there were two people behind me that couldn't believe it either. This isn't the first time I have seen this man be rude to a customer or an employee. Maybe if he was nicer he could keep employees.

Maybe I answered a question wrong, I was very satisfied with this visit. The young man working is named Mitchell. He is very organized and intelligent. Very helpful, fast and friendly. I don't know him personally but I am impressed by his consistently good attitude. He is the fastest attendant this location has ever had. Don't lose him, he is worth paying for. Thank you

The pump's card reader was not working at many of the pumps. Everyone was lined up waiting to pay because of this. When we got to the register and payed we ended up paying more than what it took to fill our car up. After we was done pumping we went back for the extra money and the cashier told us the extra paid might show up on our card but they wasn't sure and told us to keep the receipt just in case.
