Satisfied is Good. It's buying fuel. STOP ASKING ON YOUR SURVEY to "tell us why you were not Highly Satisfied......". Rather, ask to tell us why you were not Satisfied....

some times you have to wait too long. there is always water to walk through when it rains. and I don't like the pumps that try to sell you extra stuff to go in your gas tanks.
