The sun was very bright and couldn't read the display panel. by the time I could read the panel, it had timed out and cancelled my transaction. I had to start all over. Even Redbox has a sun shield so you can see the display panel.

When I tried to put in a code the screen was too dim to read. I moved to the next pump with no problem

I did not indicate I was Not Satisfied; I indicated I was "Neither Satisfied nor Dissatisfied". You might want to reword your survey.

Waited 5 minutes for someone to come in the room and wait on me. Last said there is too much stuff she can't see if someone is standing at window, I told her I waited 5 minutes that's why I started knocking and yelling Hello....

The pump spray gasoline all over the place and wouldn't shut off properly. I reset the nozzle and tried again it continued to mess up. Finally I just changed pumps
