I brought 40.00 with my debit card this morning and they have charged my card with another charge of 75.00 dollars. When I called the store they told me that it was a hold for 48 hours but this has never happened before and we have used our card there many of times. we will not be getting gas there ever again.

I was using my debit card but had to change fuel lines 3 times because the credit card reader was not working-----The card reader will not allow PIN to be punched in. Again I repeat. I had to move my car 3 times before I found a pump that would take my debit card. I will NOT return there for gas again. Martha Bailey 334-338-2437

There were 3 girls working. There was a red-headed one that was stocking. She was NOT a problem. But the other two were so hateful. Not just to me, but to other customers as well. They was an older man that was having a problem with a gas pump. They were so hateful to him, in person and over the intercom system, that he just hung the pump up and left. These two hateful girls DO NOT need to be working in a customer service environment EVER!

I was purchasing a carton of Marlboro light 100's in a box. I was told by the attendant that she didn't have any. I then had to ask if she had 10 packs that I could purchase at the same price. I was informed that she had a 3 pack special and a 5 pack special and that was all. I explained that whenever the store had been out of them before they would give me 10 packs and charge me for a carton. She said she didn't know anything about that but she could do the other specials. She allowed me to get the 10 packs for the carton price and I swiped my card put in my pin, she put the items in the bag and I didn't realize she had put the receipt in the bag so I stood there. Then she said "what?" I told her I was waiting on my receipt and she said very rudely that it was in the bag. I just turned and walked away. I'm pretty sure she said something else but I couldn't understand her and I didn't want to get into an altercation with her because I had just came from church. This local store is very busy and we usually have to stand in line and I don't mind however I think her attitude needs to be changed. There were other people behind me that heard the whole thing and that was uncalled for.

I used my Walmart credit card to buy gas. I should have received my gas per gallon at $1.93 per gallon. The posted rate was $1.98 per gallon. When I asked the clerk about it she told me she would get the manager to rest the pumps. This was not satisfactory to me since I had already pump the gas. The reason I am starting to use the Walmart credit card for my fuel purchases is to get the additional .05 cents off per gallon. Your clerk did not seem to have a clue what I was talking about even when I showed her my Walmart card and pointed to the sign that is on the pumps and at the register. I know this was only about .60 cents I would have saved but it was the principle of it. I DID NOT GET THE .60 CENT DISCOUNT! The clerk just blew me off!

The cashier Matthew Blake had a very strong arrogant attitude, and seemed like he didn't want to be there, or that he knew better than me (the customer) I told him that he could scan my ID , but said that he would rather place the numbers in manually (taking LONGER than what it should) He also did not up-sell me. I was intending to buy the 2 for $1 candy, but since he did not offer I did not ask for it. I am not going to do his job for him, but I do not think that he is cut out for this job, especially with his attitude of superiority. He is one of the reasons why I will not be returning. He is very slow, and is somewhat rude. I do not like him. Hopefully the manager talks to him about his behavior towards the customers. He did not ask me to return, and he did not really greet me. I am not happy with his level of customer service. Hopefully he learns to be nicer and have a smile on his face. He is very cold, and I was not happy with him.
