I tried to use my wal Mart credit card at the pump. The pump said it did not accept that type of card. I paid the attendant instead.

Talk were out of gas, but got the problem fixed more came.

Cheap gas but has a terrible parking lot

Pumped fuel using my WalMart MasterCard; pump did not print a receipt; went to cashier for print. When checking print detail after leaving the station, the printed receipt shows '0' gallons and '0' dollar purchase at $2.269/gal, none of which is accurate. Only accurate/useful info on receipt is location, date, time and survey code. I did not get a meaningful receipt of my purchase.

The last several times I visited this store (I normally stop here every other day I'm a rural mail carrier) there are usually one or two pumps that don't work, another one or two the card readers don't work and a large part of the time the receipt printers don't work. I've been a regular customer here for a long time but it's turning into a hassle. By the time you wait in line to get to a pump and find out the card reader doesn't work and you see the line to the cashier all the way out to the parking lot you decide it's easier to just go down the street to another gas station. I believe it's easier to just go down the street in the first place as the gas prices are the same at the other stations.

This is about the 6th time I have bought gas and the receipt has not printed out correctly. Fix the printers at the pumps. If I pay for my gas at the pump, why can't I get a receipt at the pump? I did walk to the cashier to get a proper receipt so I could call this to your attention. I will be waiting for your reply.

Murphy USA debited my account for the fuel purchase, cigarettes, and an additional $75. If the gas was already debited than the $75 should've been released back to my account. If should be returned as quickly as it's taken out. I have to wait on a fax and a huge inconvenience for Murphy's business practices.
