I'm the Service Operations Manager at Albertsons, and it is my job to make sure associates at my work location are friendly. The name of the cashier on the receipt says A M. He was very friendly, greeted me, offered me to buy some candy and asked me to take the survey. This is what I want my associates to do, and he did great, so that's why I took the survey. Stephaine Ann greets me with a smile and some small banter like asking me how is my day, she reminds me to buy lottery tickets and makes me feel like she genuinely appreciates my business. she deserves a special recognition for her attitude.
