I use a Wal-Mart credit card and have been receiving a 5¢ discount on gasoline purchases. The last 2 times no discount was given. The sales cashier said she did not know why. This is my last purchase from Murphy.

Every time i come to this location and Marilyn Malone is working I never have a good experience. She is very rude. I can start spending my money somewhere else if i have to deal with her attitude. She always seems as though she doesn't want to help me.

The first pump I did not realize was not working when I already scanned my card. Drove to a second pump and the screen was not working so I could not READ what it was telling me and had to go to the counter, stand in line and pay there. Then I went back to pump and the screen STILL ASKED QUESTIONS and I had to cancel and GO STAND IN LINE AGAIN to do it all again for the lady to tell me "HIT NO" on the screen ---- THAT WAS NOT LEGIBLE. Finally I guessed and finally hit the right button and it let me pump gas. If not, I was leaving!! It was ridiculous.

The attendant was rude, and he did not understand what I wanted to say.

After swiping my gift card at pump #8, I noticed that the price of the Regular gas was incorrect. It should have been $1.919/$1.889 per gallon, but it was reading $19.19/$18.89 per gallon. The mid grade and higher grade prices were reading correctly. Fortunately I saw the error before I pumped because all I had was $5.88 on my card and needed to get the proper amount of fuel. I went and told the attendant that the gas price of Regular was reading incorrectly and explained why. At first he just stood there, emotionaless, as if to say, "so what?". I proceeded to ask, "can you correct the price on the pump so that I can pump my gas?" He then asked me, "Well, can't you just move to another pump?" I told him that I pulled up to that pump because it was the only one available when I arrived, and that it needed to be corrected so that the next person doesn't unknowingly end up paying $18 more per gallon than they should. He then just stood there, saying nothing more, just looking at me. So I went back to my car and moved to another pump.
