Gas pump doesn't read right gas prices the screen doesn't work pump 11 they are nasty. Look down they have food and trash all over parking lot. Was at another pump on the other side same way . Cashier running around outside . Had to pay at pump .

One of the keypads for one of the pumps wasn't working and the additech wasn't working at the pump I was at. This Murphys has good hard workers and is always busy. Corporate should really pay attention to this locations pumps and make sure they are working properly.

when the customer goes to the pump to get fuel then he or she should be able to insert credit or atm card that is functional and working and also you should be able to get your receipt when finished right at the pump instead of walking inside to get your receipt. all pump should be operational and ready to be used. most of the card readers do not work.

Your attendants seem highly race motivated toward your white customers. being last to get service if there is a black customer there they get service first and conduct personal conversations with them while other customers wait

problem with pump, attendant started pump using inside register.The excepting of zip code had problems. probable with operator, ME.

receipts are not always available at pump annoying having to go inside and get one usually a long line

Employees not friendly

The outside coolers were locked up and the items I wanted to purchase were not available inside. When I asked the attendant at the register, he was either new or stoned and seemed oblivious to the whole thing. like he did not even realize it. He had dollar bills pinned to his shirt and seemed like he was overwhelmed. Not a good way to start off the day so I got my gas and left!

cashier was involved with dicussion with what appeared a friend and forgot about the seven people inline at the register so i decided not to purchess my drinks and left
