The pump did not print out my receipt

Very often, pumps are slow and receipt paper is out. Difficult entry and exit.

visit frequently and 50% of the time receipt does not print. Convenience of using card is lost due to having to get a receipt from attendant. Spoke to attendant and she replies she's doing all she can. Calls the company to get help with the problem and gets no response. Getting tired of fighting a little problem that should be easily fixed. Will not fight it much longer!!

NO RECEIPT IN PUMP #2 THIS HAS HAPPENED TO ME AT SITE NO. 7045 MORE THAN ONCE. IT WAS A NICE TO SEE THE BRAND NEW PUMPS THAT MURPHY USA HAD AT THIS LOCATION, HOWEVER THE NEW PUMP WITHOUT RECEIPT PAPER IS SHOWS SOMEONE IS NOT DOING THERE JOB. THERE MUST BE AN ALARM SOMEWHERE THAT IS NOT WORKING OR IS IGNORED. THIS IS MY HOME WALMART. I USE THE SAMS PUMPS IN ALEXANDRIA, LA. MOST OF MY FILL UP BUT THEY TELL IF THERE IS NO PAPER IN THE PRINTERS

Over the last several months the buttons on the gas pumps do not work. I have tried several of the pumps and you have to move from pump to pump. I asked the cashier about it and she stated that she had no control over that. for sure, there are four pumps that the buttons do not work. I had to go to the Shell station down the road for gas. It's about convenience not having to prepay. I like to drive up, pay with my debit card and go. YOUR PUMPS DO NOT WORK. I will not stop there for gas anymore, its too much a hassle. Maybe in the future when you get your pumps fixed.
