We wanted to purchase fuel additives and the buttons did not respond. We were looking to try them and that is the sole reason. We chose this location rather than one closer to our route.

I went to the location because I prefer to buy the fuel produced in the U.S. as my understanding is what Murphy USA offers. However, when I select the option that allows me to receive a receipt at the pump, I'd prefer that the station attendant insure that all the receipt papers are fully stocked. This seems to be a recurring problem at this location as I often have to take more time to wait in line and seek out my receipt copy at the register, as opposed to receiving it at the pump I use.

Payed at pump and checked receipt and was charged $7.99 for SMB ULT 11oz. Talked to attendent and was told I pressed button for this item. Was I supposed to receive the item, if so I didn't get it. She didn't seem to care about it. Was I supposed to pick it up in the store and what is this item. I guess I am out $7.99 and tax.

you have a sign on each of your pumps advertising 3 cents off per gallon if paid fo with a gift card. This is not true if Alabama is a nonparticipating state then it is very misleading to insinuate otherwise. I know the signs say in participating stores but you know which stores are participating when yo place the signs.

Bathroom has no lock as stated on a tiny piece of paper taped on the door. It says to please knock as well. So I do and I went to use it and if I heard someone coming, I would pull the door just in case they didn't knock. Someone was trying to pry it open when I was pulling the door even after me saying someone is in here. The door opened and I saw the gentleman who opened it, repeatedly saying someone is in here until he let go.

The attendant was on her cell phone when I walked up. She carried on a conversation on her cell phone the entire time. No greeting, no thank you.

The pump would not move from processing my card to asking me to select grade of fuel. I tried twice. I told attendant and he was very rude. He told me it at worked all day and very sarcastically said he was sorry. I have bought gas here every week for at least 4 years and I will never again. I stayed in parking lot and watched another customer go through the same process. The attendant should be fired.
