The cashier had a long line of customers and was not curious, and trying to take care of the customer.

I did not rate this "highly satisfied" because I reserve exceptional accolades for exceptional service... and in this case it was a self-serve gas purchase. Nothing unusual or noteworthy happened. I got the service I expected from the location as I expected. As long as I'm not highly dissatisfied, you have nothing to worry about and I will continue getting my fuel from this company and often at this location.
