Experience was neither good nor bad. It was OK after I got the pump from auto stopping flow.

gas price higher than other Murphy stations used AmEx credit because I get 3% back (6c) vs 5c using WalMart card

dirty. there was greasy substance on the ground and the pump was dirty. it rained in the last few days but this was not splashes. grimy.

Pump would not print a receipt. Repeat problem at this location. Not had a printer work in the past 2 months. What does it take to get the printers repaired? Must your customers walk inside to get a receipt for a fuel purchase? Is this intentional?

The card reader did not work. The other reason was a 8 cent increase in the price of gas from the day before.

Using my WalMart Shopping Card I didn't get the .03 cents per gal. off the price. It happened the last time I got gas @ this store also & I did go into the office & informed the rep.. He said that had been happening.

I complained to the manager about this over a month ago and it has not been fixed and in fact today was MUCH worse! Pump #9 at this gas station leaks copious amounts of diesel fuel out of the handle and the hose. The cement around the pump is dangerously slick with diesel. Today, I almost fell when stepping out of the car because it was so slick, and it leaked diesel fuel all over me, and the passengers side of my car when I picked up the handle out of the island to put the fuel in my car. It needs to be FIXED before someone gets hurt or a fire occurs. The "leak puddle" where diesel is all over the cement drive is bigger than my car.

The manager was loud rude and very unorganized

The price on the sign was 1.52.9. The price on the pump said 1.52.9 and we should get 5 cents discount but when we got our receipt the price printed was 1.68.9 with 1.63.9 as our discount. when we started looking at our receipt and looking at the pump the attendant from inside came out and we told him what had happened. He said that there was a problem with the pump and he would give us change. He gave us 2.00 back and the amount should have been 3.02. It is not that much difference but if you have a lots of customers that are done this way you are coming out way ahead, and if we haden't been checking it he probably wouldn't have even come out there. If the pump isn't working right then he should have closed it down.

PULLED UP TO THE DIESEL PUMP CLOSEST TO WALMART. INSERTED MY CREDIT CARD AND WAS PROMPTED TO ENTER MY ZIP CODE. THE NUMBER PAD DID NOT WORK FOR ANY NUMBER. CANCELLED TRANSACTION AND TRIED AGAIN WITH SAME RESULTS. DROVE TO THE OTHER DIESEL PUMP ON THE OTHER SIDE NEAR THE HWY 290 FEEDER. INSERTED MY CARD PUT IN MY ZIP CODE AND CHOSE DIESEL AS PROMPTED BY THE SCREEN. FUEL FAILED TO DISPENSE. CANCELLED TRANSACTION AND DUPLICATED PROCEDURE. AGAIN NO FUEL. WENT INSIDE AND AATTENDANT SAID THERE MUST BE A BLOWN FUSE. THE PUMPS WERE VERY DIRTY AND I NEEDED A RAG AFTER REMOVING DIESEL NOZZLES. SIGNAGE WAS POOR. THE SCREENS WERE BARELY VISIBLE.
