The mannerisms of the attendant. Attendant was courteous and greeted me with a smile. This makes a difference when you first enter the establishment and the person working as an attendant seems to enjoy working there.

Convenient location. Always open even late night. When I go inside to pay or buy something the person at counter always nice and helpful.
