The attendant did not ring up the desired products which resulted in me buying more and not allowing me the discount. Poor customer service. She did NOT ask if I wanted the three pack special. The attendant didn't even sympathize with my dilemma. I've never had this happen before and the attendant didn't offer any solutions to remedy the problem.

It was early in the morning and I was running late for work and low ON fuel so I swing by Murphy's gas station on Myrtle school rd. in Gastonia N.C. and swiped My debit card and followed the directions and the next thing I know it spit out a receipt confirming the fund availability for purchase but cancelled MY purchase AND refused to let ME purchase any gas so I shoot down to the QT AND get gas but now I'm 22minutes late for work and suspended now for a week... Thnx

The line is long and slow moving. I was in kine for nearly 10 minutes and there were only 4 people in front of me. The man in front of me just wanted to pay $10 cash for gas. 10 minutes waiting to pay for gas? 2 people got out of line and went elsewhere.

Just another gas station.

All kinds of sercurity for Murphy and none for the consumer, very dangerous place .. I live on the other side of town and only needed gas to get home . Will not use that one either now . Robert white

When I went to window the attendant in there said she's not on clock the other will be back shortly waited like 5 minutes then she never came some the one that said was off clock finally rung me up

I asked for a certain brand of cigarettes that I have purchased there at different times by the carton and they did not have them on hand... need to place their order for a higher amount of that brand so the can have them on hand. cause my guess would be a lot of people must be buying that brand...

Several pumps have non-functioning keypad. Several pumps rarely print receipt - likely out of paper or paper jammed. Several pumps have partially working display screens or screens damaged by vandalism unreadable. Frequently approached by beggars asking for money. General appearance of this busy location is deteriorating making it less desirable place to stop.

it would not print out a copy and I had to go to the window to get one and other things happened. To long to type.
