Our first trip there was it 0800 this morning and the card reader wasn't working so I moved to another pump and it didn't work also, so then I walked to the window to ask the ladie that had a shower cap on her head inside if the pump were working. She replied back and a very mean and hateful voice I don't have but two not working but I can turn it on. I decided that I can spend my money else where so I left and filled up at QT. After thinking about that I went back and got some lawnmower gas so I could get a receipt to do this survey. The person inside didn't look or act professional, looked as if they just got out of the shower or tub. Each time I vist this station it seems to be geting run down more and more each time.

The Pump buttons where "yes" and "no" indicators were located were so worn they did not function preventing me from getting my receipt at th pump. Location was busy so had to wait in line 12 minutes just to get a receipt that should have printed at the pump. Attendant confirmed the buttons on Pump #13 had been broken several weeks, that is had been reported multiple times but no repairs yet completed.

We tried 2 different debit cards and the pump would not accept either one. We had to go to the attendant and pay first, with the debit card. There was a fairly long line and we had to wait a good while.

We were using coupons from Survey Mini. The lady at Murphy USA did not know how to redeem them. We had two coupons for free drinks, and she went to the second coupon on my phone before she redeemed the first - so the first coupon was lost, so we only got one drink instead of two. And she didn't offer the second drink, even though it was her fault for losing it. Very disappointed! Bad service...

Your cashier, Donald Keith is very rude, as I use the Marlboro app to get my coupons, he sees me show him the coupon and puts his head down on the counter inside and said "oh my god, you have coupons, now I'm going to have a line" kept his head down the entire time. He is very nasty in appearance, nasty attitude. This is not the first time, it happens every time I encounter him. I work in customer service and that isn't the way you treat a customer. Very highly disappointed..

La bomba no recibió mi pago fui al la ventanilla y medigeron que estaba listo salí a la bomba otrabes y nada regrese a la ventanilla para pagar la operadora algo indiferente el punto es que tengo dos niños pequeños y es muy cansado ir y venir anterior mente me pasó igual pero el operador de plano no me atendió y me fuy sin comprar

Because I purchase gas for three of my cars and was not ask to show a ID. and when I went backup get more cars for the rest off cars I was asked to show ID I had the police called on me for trying to use my walmart credit cards Not so happy with this and I will be pursuing this matter

The first pump I went to the card reader didn't work at all. I pulled to another pump and the keypad acted weird then it said see the attendant. This has been going on for several months now and I thought it'd be fixed by now or I'd never stopped there. Attendant said they are working on getting it fixed.

iamnot happy with this station at all it isway way to slow at the window the place is way to dirty they all ways have the pump bye the doorcloses all the time we ask why and they said they can do this any time they like to I am handy cap and I like this pump it is easy for me and further more the cashers is way way to to so it needs a big change at the widowto movefaster and keep the pomp closesto the door open all the time not just foe me for every one I like the oldmanger before the one that you got one right now sucks and do not care for any one and she do not like to talk to the cost at all and further more your prices on the gas is way way to high and there is no call for it.i fill this station has lost it long time a go so I am now going to go to qt for my serves they are fast and good and clean I just was there yesterday and I was there in and out in just two min and gat my gas and gone I like the casher there they are fast so fast they make you all sick you need to change bye eather closing your doors or open a nother window so you can move the line faster but I will not ever come back to your staion
