The pump was so far away from where I had to stick the hose in. It was a very long stretch. But it finally did pop all the way in and fill the hole with fluid. I shook it off when I pulled out then put it away and left.

Bad customer service!

At 18:00 hours 2/17/18 at 25 Tappan Dr/Taylors SC, I stopped to fill up my tank. I also sent an email to customer care but have not yet received a response. When filling up my gas tank, the pump did not auto shut off when full. Gas spewed out of my tank all over my car/shoes/slacks/ground.I went to the window to report to the attendant on duty. He didn't respond but did come out finally to look at area and said nothing. I asked him to shut the pump down until fixed as one could clearly tell by area it had happened before. I told him it needed to be cleaned up, litter spread as if a cigarette dropped or any spark created, it left for a very dangerous, potentially harmful, and possibly even fatal situation. He then told me I could go in the restroom for water to clean it up myself. I was very shocked. I had to go home to shower, missed a business dinner and had to throw away shoes, socks & slacks as they were gasoline soaked/ruined. But the most concerning detail is that someone could have been harmed or lost their life due to the unsafe situation. This is the reason I am highly dissatisfied. I await a response to receive the corrective path forward.

Customers smoking in line. Customers holding up line to get ID then offered multiple purchase on sale item extending wait. Two cashiers one register and slow rude and unfriendly.

Cashier was rude, couldn't count money, was too slow. Had to pay more because Jessica Leigh couldn't count change. The bathroom was nasty with toilet paper and paper towels all over and the trash was over flowing.

Received a code for 10 cents of gas per gallon of gas for buying 3 coke products, tried to use code,says can code is invalid

Gave the attend Visa Gift card-she swiped the card-i told her i want 25 dollars of gas -pumped 25.01 of gas left the station--next day went to use the card again--no funds--went back to the station--on 515-20---manager aLisa said nothing we can do you did not stop the pump---my car only holds 17 gal. of gas--gas was 221.9 a gal--do the math the car want hold 50.00 dollars of gas.
