When paying customers are lined up at register, cashier should wait on them before answering business phone. I made the effort to drive to your business and spend money. Put callers on hold till paying customers are waited on.

I bought $10 worth of Mega millions tickets at the pump. My numbers were supposed to print on my receipt and they were to be texted to me as well. My receipt didn't print at the pump. I retrieved a receipt from the attendant inside. He was helpful however, the numbers were not printed on the receipt he gave me. Nor we're they texted to the phone number I provided. So I spent $11 on lottery tickets I didn't get. That doesn't seem like a fair deal. Can someone contact me to resolve this, please? (602) 384-3845.

Apparently we arrived at a shift change and the attendant coming on was not very happy to be there. We wanted to cash in two lottery tickets. Opting for more tickets rather than cash. Without consulting us the attendant shoved one ticket back and gave us $30. for the other. When told we wanted another scratcher she said too late I've already completed the transaction. Not a big enough deal to not come back, but we felt less than appreciated.
