The attendant was absolutely amazing and very calm with the fact that he was having to work as the roads were filling up with ice and black ice, I'm mostly disappointed with the fact that Murphy USA doesn't have a plan in affect for such a thing, your employees are at risk of getting into a car accident and possibly losing their life. There needs to be some sort of protocol for inclement weather. He wasn't busy in any way no one is out. A gas station is not a hospital or fire station or police station, it's a convenient store! Your lack of care for your employees is baffling.

We have always stopped there before and after visiting Branson Missouri. We fueled up and used the rest room. The restroom is closed so we now fuel and visit the restroom at a different location

I used a credit card at the pump and was my first experience to use an additive from the pump. I was careful in my selection and used the least expensive one as a trial. The cost was stated at $3.99 and was the bottom selection. When my receipt was printed the charge was $14.99 for the additive and I was a little upset. When I went in to ask the attendant to correct it he said that it was my selection and that was it. He refused to give me any consideration for this or believe that a mistake had happened at the pump. I did get very angry with him because of his cavalier attitude and refused to offer any solution or advise on how I could get the mistake corrected. I am an honest person and did not appreciate him treating me like I was some kind of a hustler trying to cheat Murphy out of money. I know which button I pushed for the selected additive and was very careful in the process to avoid any unexpected charges.

Drove specifically to THIS location to purchase fuel to take advantage of discount using our WalMart Credit card. And although advertised, and showing on the pump, we ended up paying full price. No discount applied. Very long line at attendants booth- and we could not wait any longer. No phone number on receipt (of course) to call anyone. While it's not a big deal, it is the point of the matter. You offer the discount, we used our WalMart credit card (that we get the 5 cents per gallon discount normally) to get that discount.. And the pump fails to acknowledge same. That is false advertising. Intend to use social media to let others know to not patronize this station for that reason.

Pump kept shutting off. Told attendant. I was ignored and told this was normal. I felt my advice to put an out of order sign on pump 8 was dismissed without any investigation or empathy for my struggle to fill up.

I did NOT want the additives to my gas. on the pump it said that I old $26.25 but it charged me$29.48. I asked the attendant about it and she was NO HELP AT ALL. I should not have to pay for the additives when I said no I don't want it. This is just another way to SCREW the public over. If you want to call me. Rodney 1-417-860-8043
