I purchased 3 Wave cig. 25cents should come off at the pump. Pump did not work I had to go back to cashier who called mgr to find out what to do the cashier gave me 1.50 in cash and then turned on the pump. The pump was not even turned on till I went back up to the crowded window under normal circumstances I would not complain ridiculous at 73 training was not better Serena said she was just hired a few days ago.

The pump wouldn't pump yet kept reading that pumping was finished. I called an attendant who was very courteous and finally found the problem and resolved that issue. There were so many customers the wait for a pump was a real issue.

Didn't get a receipt at the pump and the the wait at the lines were too long.

This location closes at 12am, and I arrived around 11:55. When I pulled in, whoever the lady worker at that time was cut the outside lights, leaving me sitting in the dark. I saw the pump was still active, and since I was using a gift card for the transaction, there did not appear to be an issue. After running my card, the lady screamed at me the store was closed, I pointed out the time and she responded with indifference in her tone that her clocks showed midnight. The whole situation was incredibly disappointing, as it appeared this associate was trying to keep from doing what her job entails.

The cashier, Elizabeth Mar" mar is the first three letters of the last name on receipt, she didn't offer any assistance to me, I felt rushed and felt like she wanted me to just get on out of the way after I stood in line and waited my turn. I actually had to use google to find the name of the product that I bought since they changed all the names of the product previously. I shop here everyday or every other day.

This is not the first time I have experiences disrespect from this employee. First time, about a month ago, I had to knock on the side door to get his attention. He told me never to knock on the side door because it was posted. I said there was not a sign. He said don't knock on this door an slammed door in my face. Today i went to the window and he was nowhere to be found. I rapped on the counter space and he came from behind some petition and in an aggravated voice said, what. I want to prepay for gas. He never spoke a word and did not offer me a receipt. He is a very disrespectful person. You need to remove him from this job assignment. I will be looking for your action. thank you.

There was only one attendant and the lane was really long and slow. I had am emergency and was in a hurry. It just made it so inconvenience for me to wait 30 minutes to get GAS! But I do love Murphy's USA gas pumps.
