Unable to purchase a car wash at the pumps or attendants. This has been a problem for several weeks. It's very inconvenient & costs an extra dollar to get a car wash! Dissatisfied! Also unable to receive a gas ticket at the pump! Unhappy!

I think one of the pumps is working out of all if them for pre pay. The attendant told me pump one might work. It was this way two weeks ago the last time I got fuel and there was about 10 people in line waiting to pay.only one attendant working on a Friday afternoon. The key pads are all beat up because none of them work. Even with prepay you still have to select if you want the fuel additive or not and the key pad still doesn't work for that on all pumps except for one of them according to the attendant. I use Murphy alot in Somerst ky and Danville ky, and also the hamburg location in lexington. All of them are always clean and very friendly and everything works. I really hope you guys can get these fixed soon. The prices at all the other stations are cheaper but I understand this area is way out of the way of others and thats just the way things are. I will use your other locations, just not this one until thing's are fixed amd cleaned up.
