I used a Walmart credit card and did not get the 2 cent discount. I paid at the pump and did not see it till after I finished pumping gas. If you say you give a discount for using card you should honor what is written all over your pumps.

The gas tanker shows up at the busiest time (rush hour) and blocks 4 of the 8 gas pumps. Had to wait 15 minutes to pump gas. It was made even more difficult as I had to back into the lane as my gas cap is on the passenger side. The gas tanker seems to alway be there during rush hour.

Tried to use debit card at pump to save time, but the machine would not let me enter my pass code. So after several tries had to go stand in line to pay the cashier. Frustrating.

receipt didn't print so had to wait in line for my turn to ask attendant for receipt. wasted time.

The attendant slammed a stack of cartons of cigarettes down after I walked up to pay, I had two gift cards so I had to approach her twice. The second time she did the same as if I was disturbing her and she really did not have time to help me, the customer. I asked if she had a problem and she told me that "yes, she had a lot of boxes and cigarettes. I told her a lot of people have those but they don't SLAM them down every time a customer walks up! She frowned and did not reply. I was highly offended by her non-professional attitude.

There was only the lowest quality gas available. The pump would not start and function properly. I used my Wal-mart credit. The gas would not start but it charged my card .7 cents. I went to the attendant for help and she was not helpful. She blamed the malfunction on me. She did not offer how I could get gas. She acknowledged they did have gas. She would not reverse the .7cent charge. A customer in line that was a former employee told her to give me a dollar and for me to try again that he was sure there may have been air in the line. She never seemed concerned there was a problem. I was the problem. She gave no solution. She had a smirk on her face and never apologized for the issue. She needs customer service training.
