I VISIT THIS GAS STATION TWICE A WEEK EVERY WEEK FOR OVER FOUR YEARS NOW AND AM ALWAYS PLEASANTLY GREETED AND THE ITEMS I AM USUALLY KNOWN FOR PURCHASING ARE AWAITING ME AS I WALK UP TO THE REGISTER AS THE SWEET LADY KNOWS WHAT I LIKE

Although the lady at the register was distracted by a conversation with another employee, she still greeted me nicely, told me about products and offered me the survey, which made me not get irratted by her conversation.
