it seem more often than not when I am paying for fuel at the pump I cannot input the pin for my debit card the button are unresponsive. I have to move to another pump or go to another fuel station entirely.

Theres been a pump credit card machine that's been down for weeks. Still hasn't been fixed. Went to different pump, couldn't get a receipt. Had to walk in. Only one door was open, I had to walk around to other side, it was very cold outside.

Some of the gas pumps were out, and the air machine was not working.

there should be no reason for every keypad not to work. I could not pay at the pump as I should be able. I had to wait to pay for my fuel and guess how much I would need. I was right about what it would take but there should not be any reason to close all pay at the pumps. I like to pay and go.

Had to go to a different pump because the key pad in the first didn't work. Placing a not on the pump with the issue would have been nice.

The first pump was not working at all. The second pump I used was fixing to fall apart. The cashier/store building way too small. People are crammed in there and now the problem has been made worse with the air conditioning unit placed inside. Two registers, but only one open.

I was on pump 8 and the keypad on the pump didnt work so on crutches I had 2 go n and pay!
