This is the third time that I complain on this survey about this and nothing ever comes of it. The pumps either are out of service, or the card reader doesn't work, or the screen is not readable because of fading or the keypad doesn't work. People have to go inside when all could be completed outside if all they want is fuel, like I did. Very poor operation of this location by management and by Murphy.

I had to go to the 4th pump, before I was able to use my card to purchase fuel. The clerk was very busy, the store area is cluttered with displays, and since I needed to return to work, I wasn't interested in waiting in a long line. Therefore, I just moved to another pump, and another, and another.

Credit card would not work, because someone had broken them during the night??(some of them ) also the pumps look old and disarayed. Someone stole the windshield squeegses so there was none of them to clean my windshield.

It seems that every time I stop at this station, something is not working properly. This time it was the option buttons on the first pump I stopped at, which was at the opposite end of the one I bought fuel at. The only reason I bought fuel after stopping at the first pump was because I wanted a receipt to take this survey. If I had remembered how less than satisfied I am after stopping at this station, I would have gone somewhere else in the first place.

I was in a hurry and that is why I paid at the pump, but I like to have all my receipts for all my credit card transactions, and the pump did not provide me with one. I had to walk from the furthest pump to the counter to ask for a receipt, and the attendant said that the pump had paper but it was always jamming. It's time to get it fixed. It's happened before at other pumps at the same location. The attendant was extremely helpful and apologetic, though!

Receipt very seldom prints out at this facility. You can pay at the pump, but you have to go inside and wait in line to get your receipt.

Well if you are going to offer credit/debit card reading operating systems on your pumps at least have them in working order, if not coverthem up. I feel that it is a waste of time for customers.
